Telegram status
Is Telegram down right now? Live status
We see Telegram server errors across thousands of live accounts every 5 minutes. If the chart is red, the problem is on Telegram's side, not yours.

Share of accounts hitting Telegram server errors
How we measure it
GramGPT keeps thousands of Telegram accounts online around the clock — commenting, messaging, parsing. We see every response from Telegram's servers first-hand.
Every 5 minutes we compute the share of accounts that got an error from Telegram's servers — for example, "-500 No workers running". Bans, spam blocks and per-account limits don't count: those are about a specific account, not about Telegram.
Sites like Downdetector count user reports: an outage shows up there once enough people come to complain, and ISP problems end up in the same pile. We don't use reports — only actual server errors, so the chart doesn't react to panic or ISP issues.
FAQ
What does "-500 No workers running" mean?
It's a response from Telegram's own servers: the data center has no free workers to handle the request. It's an internal error and has nothing to do with your account, proxy or IP. It usually clears within minutes; big outages last an hour or two.
Is Telegram down for everyone or just me?
Check the chart. Yellow and red bars mean many accounts are getting errors at once — Telegram is having an outage. If the chart is flat but things won't load for you, check your connection, VPN or proxy.
Why won't photos and videos load and messages won't send?
During an outage some Telegram data centers respond with errors. Media lives on separate servers, so it often breaks first, while messages hang with a clock icon. Once the servers are back, anything unsent goes out on its own.
What should I do during a Telegram outage?
Don't change anything. Logging out, switching proxies or reinstalling the app won't help — the problem isn't on your side. Just wait for the chart to get back to normal.
My login code isn't arriving — is it an outage?
Codes do get delayed during outages. Don't request a code many times in a row: Telegram rate-limits frequent requests, and then you'll be waiting on the limit instead.
How often is the status updated?
Data is computed every 5 minutes, and the page pulls the fresh status once a minute — no need to refresh it yourself.
GramGPT automates Telegram accounts: AI commenting, mass messaging, warm-up. During outages there's no need to restart tasks — they keep going on their own.
