In 2026, direct messaging in Telegram with links increasingly leads to complaints and account restrictions. Users quickly recognize repetitive advertising, while a new account without history, a resting period, and prior preparation can quickly receive a spam block and stop working.

Therefore, today it is not just chaotic mass messaging that matters, but the whole system: prepared accounts, searching for new target chats, a natural sending pace, and variable messages with the help of AI. This approach makes communication less repetitive, while warming up helps gradually prepare accounts for work.
Below, we will explain how to set up chat messaging in GramGPT.io: prepare accounts, collect a thematic database, create a message, configure AI variations, delays, limits, and cyclic messaging, and then connect NeuroDialogues to process incoming messages.
Telegram Chat Messaging: What It Is
Telegram chat messaging is the automatic sending of pre-prepared messages to thematic groups and chats where the required audience is already present. Accounts sequentially go through the collected database of communities and publish advertisements with set delays and limits.
In essence, Telegram chat messaging allows you to attract users directly inside thematic communities — where they are already discussing the required topic, looking for services, or asking related questions.
This format is used to attract traffic to a Telegram channel, get service inquiries, find clients from Telegram, or additionally strengthen promotion in Telegram together with other traffic sources.
How Telegram Chat Messaging Works
The first impression of thematic groups is usually the same: there are many advertisements in them, so it seems that a new message will simply get lost among the rest. In practice, everything depends on the quality of the database, the activity of a particular chat, and how well the offer matches the interests of its members.
The mechanics of Telegram chat messaging look like this:
Finding chats with the target audience → preparing accounts → creating a message → sending through the database

At the same time, an advertisement can work not only at the moment of publication. Users use search inside Telegram groups: they enter the name of the required service or topic, find a suitable message, and write directly to its author. Therefore, Telegram chat messaging can bring inquiries later as well, even if the publication has already moved higher up the feed.
The main task of the advertisement is not to fit the entire sales funnel into one text, but to quickly explain the offer and give the person a clear next action, for example, writing to the account in private messages.
Main Messaging Mistake: A Link in the First Message
One common mistake when launching Telegram chat messaging is immediately adding a link to a channel, website, form, or bot in the first message. Such an advertisement is perceived more strongly as direct advertising and may reduce response.

The correct scenario looks simpler: the message briefly explains the offer and suggests writing in private messages. Then the user receives a reply from an AI autoresponder or a manager.
Already in private correspondence, you can clarify the need, explain the service in more detail, send the required material, or move the person to the channel. This way, the first message serves as the first contact with the user rather than trying to immediately promote the offer directly through links.
How to Set Up and Launch Telegram Chat Messaging in GramGPT.io
We will go through the entire process step by step: from preparing accounts and the chat database to configuring the message and launching the messaging campaign.
Preparing Accounts Before Messaging
Before starting work, import an account via tdata or session+json into the GramGPT.io account manager and add a proxy from the same region as the account in SOCKS5 format. After adding the session, you should not immediately change the entire profile design and launch active messaging to Telegram chats. We discussed in a previous article how to choose an account for promotion in Telegram in more detail.

After import, let the account rest for 24 hours on the new IP and only then gradually move on to further preparation.
Important: for auto-registered accounts, account warm-up is especially important before moving on to working activity. At this stage, accounts gradually build a behavior history: they read channels and perform other preconfigured actions automatically.
After resting and warming up, you can move on to work. But before launch, it is worth separately evaluating the account’s condition and understanding how suitable it is specifically for messaging in TG chats.
GramGPT Rating: How to Choose Geo and Proxy
For preliminary assessment, GramGPT uses GramGPT Rating. It helps assess account quality and understand how suitable it is for a specific promotion scenario. For example, this account is suitable for messaging.

For work across the CIS, you can focus on accounts with a suitable geo. In the benchmark, it is important to look not only at the survival rate, but also at the data collection period — for example, “in the system for 16 days.” A high figure over a few days cannot be directly compared with statistics that were collected for a geo over several months.

This way, automation in Telegram helps prepare accounts for work step by step and avoid an abrupt transition from import to active messaging.
Why Account Age Matters Before Messaging
It is also useful to find out the Telegram account creation date. In the GramGPT useful tools section, you can paste a profile link or ID and check its age.

Age should be considered together with geo and the GGR rating: older accounts often turn out to be more stable during long-term work.
Parsing a Chat Database for Messaging
The next stage before launching the messaging campaign is collecting a thematic chat database. Without it, even well-configured chat messaging will not produce the expected result: random groups bring a random audience.
Therefore, first we look for communities where users potentially interested in your offer are already present. For this, in GramGPT we use the channel and chat parser from search.
First, set keywords for the required topic. For example, for the verification niche, you can use queries related to KYC and checks. For the cryptocurrency topic — cryptocurrency, crypto, NFT, and additional variants that can be generated with AI if necessary.

In the parser, configure:
- keywords and their variations — add the main queries to the “Tags” field for the required topic or specify an AI prompt so that it creates additional keyword variants.
- endings — for example, the word “chats” to create additional combinations with keywords;
- result limit — set individually, for example up to 100 results;
- period and activity — it is better to keep only active communities, for example over the last 30 days;
- languages and geo — for example Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, other CIS countries, or foreign regions.
One search query is usually not enough for a complete database, so we launch collection using different formulations, gradually expand the list, and save the chats that were found.
The more accurately the keywords and filters are selected, the more relevant the database will be and the more effectively the subsequent Telegram chat messaging can work.
Preparing a Message for Telegram Messaging
After collecting the database, go to the Chat Messaging module. Select the prepared accounts, upload the groups that were found, and then add the message to be sent.

It is also useful to enable AI protection. It randomizes account actions, adds pauses, and simulates typing a message, so the sequence of actions looks less repetitive rather than simply: account joined the group → sent a message.

Different formats can be used in the messaging campaign:
- regular text;
- AI text generation;
- photos, videos, GIFs, stickers, voice messages, and buttons.
For most campaigns, one short and clear message with a specific offer and a call to continue the conversation in private messages is enough.
Fixed Text and AI Generation
The message can be left fixed or several variants of individual words and phrases can be added.

For example:
{Selling|Available for sale|Offering}
With each send, the system will choose one of the options — “selling,” “available for sale,” or “offering.” By the same principle, you can randomize not only individual words but also the entire message text. To avoid assembling variations manually, you can immediately ask ChatGPT to prepare a ready-made template.
Prompt for ChatGPT: Randomize this text while preserving the original meaning and structure. For key words and phrases, create 3 natural variants in the format {variant1|variant2|variant3}. Do not create three separate messages — it should remain one text with variations.
Another option is full generation with AI. Set the main meaning of the message, communication tone, and additional requirements, for example a friendly style or a question at the end. The meaning of the text is preserved, but AI interprets and formulates the message differently each time. This makes messaging in TG chats less repetitive and allows testing different presentation options.

For most scenarios, one fixed message per chat is enough. But for accounts to last longer, it is better to combine both approaches: use fixed text with variations and AI generation.
You can also send a sequence of two, three, or four messages, but it should be used only where it is truly required and looks logical.
Cyclic Chat Messaging
Cyclic messaging in Telegram chats means that after going through the entire database, the system automatically starts a new cycle of sending messages to the same chats.
For example, if a database of 1,000 chats is loaded, the accounts go through it completely, then wait for the specified pause — for example, 60 minutes — and the next round begins. You can specify a particular number of cycles or set 0 to enable infinite mode.
The “Skip errors” option is also available. If a message cannot be sent because of an error, such as lack of access or a ban, the system will skip that chat and continue working through the rest of the database.

Configuring Messaging Parameters Before Launch
Before launch, set the main parameters that determine the pace and volume of the messaging campaign:
- Delay settings. Delay between chats — as a basic guideline, you can use 30 to 90 seconds. If necessary, set less — the optimal value is better selected through testing. Delay within a sequence — used if several messages are sent in one chat. It is also better to adapt the interval to your scenario.

- Total message limit. You can limit the messaging campaign by quantity, for example to 160 messages, or use a time-based mode. A value of 0 disables the total limit.

- Safety limits. You can enable skipping groups where a message has already been sent if you need a one-time campaign in TG chats. Separately, the per-account rate limit sets the maximum number of sends from one account per hour and per day.

Before launch, check additional account safety and behavior settings.

Additional special settings are also available:
- Typing simulation. Adds a pause before sending and simulates typing the text, making account actions look more natural.
- Consecutive errors before stopping. Determines after how many account-related errors — for example, a Telegram spam limit or timeout — the messaging campaign will stop. Closed private messages, “Premium only,” and deleted accounts do not count here. The default is 10; a value of 0 disables stopping.
- Slowdown for unwarmed accounts. Increases the pause between targets for accounts younger than 14 days. Age is calculated from the date of first activity. The default value is 2 — the pause is doubled. A value of 1 disables the slowdown.
There is no universal delay that works equally well for every messaging campaign. Therefore, it is better to first launch the campaign on part of the database, observe account performance and the number of replies, and then gradually adjust the parameters.
Connecting NeuroDialogues for Incoming Messages
Telegram chat messaging does not end with sending an advertisement. When a user writes to the account in private messages, a NeuroDialogue can handle them next — simply put, an AI autoresponder.

For this, select a ready-made prompt. In it, we define in advance the topic of communication, style, goal of the conversation, and the required messages for individual stages of the dialogue.
These are fundamentally different levels of configuration. Chat messaging launches quickly: it is enough to choose the database, accounts, text, and sending parameters. NeuroDialogues, however, require separate setup because they receive incoming messages and guide the user further through the funnel. We discussed in a previous review how to configure NeuroDialogues in detail.
Demonstration and Launch of Chat Messaging
After configuring all parameters, launch the campaign. The system begins sequentially sending messages to the specified chats with the configured delays, limits, and other messaging settings.
In the logs, you can track the sending process and see which chats have already been processed by the campaign.

If the user is interested and writes in private messages, NeuroDialogues connect to the conversation and begin replying automatically according to the specified scenario.

Conclusion
With this approach, Telegram chat messaging turns from chaotic sending of identical messages into a manageable promotion system. GramGPT helps automate the entire process in one dashboard: prepare accounts, collect a unique database of target chats, configure safer message sending, and automatically process incoming inquiries from interested users.
